The Township's Purchasing Agent is responsible for preparing bid specifications and the purchasing of all goods and services.
Vendors requesting bid specifications must go to the State of New Jersey’s, Department of Treasury, Contract Compliance website to download the AA302 (Employee Information Report). This form is mandatory in submitting bid proposals.

Pursuant to C57 laws of 2004 vendors are responsible for providing a copy of the NJ Department of Treasuary Business Registration Certificate at the time a bid or request is submitted. ( Noncompliance renders bid unresponsive)
