Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Department is charged with enforcing statutes in the Deptford Township Municipal Code, Unified Development Ordinance, and International Property Maintenance Code. All occupied and vacant structures and land shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.

 

Common Complaints:

• High grass/weeds
• Trash/debris
• Unregistered vehicles
• Stagnant water
• Vacant lot condition
