ADDENDUM DATE:  February 10, 2015

TO ALL PLAN HOLDERS AND PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:

This addendum supplements and amends the original BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS, and shall be considered fully as part of the contract documents.  The Bidder for preparation of the proposal shall use the information contained herein.  Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum as set forth on the “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ADDENDUM FORM” contained in the Instructions to Bidders.  Failure to do so may subject the bidder to disqualification.

 Specification Section 073001 ASPHALT SHINGLES:

Section 1.4

Delete:

Provide manufacturer’s standard 50 year guarantee. 

Add :

Manufacturer’s 50-year guarantee/warranty is NOT required.  Standard manufacturer’s material only guarantee and contractor’s general warranty are required.
