TOWNSHIP OF DEPTFORD     
GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS           

        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Request for Proposals will be received by the Township Clerk, for the Township of Deptford, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.  prevailing time at the Township of Deptford, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey at which time and place Proposals will be opened and read in public for the:       

LEASING OF SPACE FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
ONE (1) AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE INSIDE THE DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING      

        An optional site visit shall be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the second floor conference room to view the installation location and for questions and answers.  The site visit is not mandatory but it is recommended.          

       Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Office of the Township Clerk, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) A non-refundable fee of $20.00 in the form of cash or a check made payable to the Township of  Deptford will be required for each set of specifications.         

        The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), affirmative action requirements.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 etseq.
