NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL ELECTION

 OF THE DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP FIRE DISTRICT

The following voting districts will vote at the following locations:

                Union Fire Company                                                     Districts 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 14 & 19           

                2401 Good Intent Road, Deptford

                Fire Administration Building                                           Districts 2, 5, 9, 18 & 22

                1370 Delsea Drive, Deptford

                Helping Hand Fire Company                                         Districts 4, 7, 15, 17, 23 & 24

                86 Fisher Avenue, Westville

                Oak Valley Fire House                                                 Districts 11, 12, 13, 16, 20 & 21

                595 Princeton Blvd., Wenonah

The polls will be open at 2:00 PM and close at 9:00 PM on Saturday, February 19, 2011.

The following questions appear on the ballot:

            1.)  Shall the Annual Budget for 2011 be approved in the amount of $5,031,381?

2.)  Shall the Commissioners of Fire District #1, in the Township of Deptford,  

      County of Gloucester, NJ be authorized to purchase one (1) Raised Roof

      Chassis 1750 Top Mount Rescue Pumper Truck, taken from the District’s

      capital reserve account in the amount of $550,804?

The legal voters will also be asked to elect one (1) Fire Commissioner to the Board of Commissioners for a

three (3) year term from the following list of candidates:
