NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent for the Township of Deptford on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM prevailing time at the Township of Deptford, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, NJ 08096 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
SOLID WASTE, RECYCLABLE AND VEGETATIVE MATERIALS COLLECTION SERVICE

Bid responses must include a complete copy of the bid specifications, all requested documentation and addenda, have one (1) signed copy printed and one (1) flash drive or CD with a complete and full copy of the proposal in PDF format, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the “BID TITLE NAME & NUMBER” on the outside, addressed to Andrea Macrina, Qualified Purchasing Agent, at the address above. Bids will not be accepted after January 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Specifications and proposal sheets may be obtained at the office of the Qualified Purchasing Agent for NO FEE for an electronic copy in the Municipal Building, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, Gloucester County, New Jersey, 08096, or by requesting the package from amacrina@deptford-nj.org . Fee for paper copy $50.00 and must be picked up unless a shipping label is provided.
Please note, when the bid packages are electronically obtained, the entire set of specifications along with addenda and requested documents provided must be printed, signed and notarized as required then submitted as a bid package. A bid received without all sections of the bid specifications present will be deemed an unresponsive bidder and will not be considered for the award of the contract.
During the performance of this contract, all contracts are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Ch. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action requirements) as well as P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, (Public Disclosure Statement) and Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Township of Deptford reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
