PAVILION B
Holds 70 people and has eight picnic tables
DAILY RENTAL TIMES
10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm (only one time slot per person)
FEES
Deptford Township Residents $60 for 3 hours (Proof of residency required)
Non-residents $120 for 3 hours
INSURANCE INFORMATION
All rental applications REQUIRE a copy of your Homeowner’s or Rental insurance policy and a copy of your ID.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- All rentals are “first come, first serve” and must be booked in person at the Recreation Office located on the 2nd floor at 1011 Cooper Street Deptford, NJ 08096. Rentals are only verified when receiving ALL paperwork and FULL PAYMENT. PLEASE CALL 856-845-0804 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
- Accepted forms of payment are cash or check.
- No pets are permitted in the park.
- NO GRILLING IN THE PARK.
- Tents, canopies, drones, game trucks, food trucks, bounce houses, dunk tanks, pony rides, petting zoos and other amusement rides are prohibited.
- Music must be played at a level not to disturb other guests in the park.
- Confetti, rice, glitter, flower petals or similar materials are NOT PERMITTED. Packaging tape, thumbtacks, nails or staples are NOT PERMITTED. Do not attach anything to the ceilings of pavilions. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your event. If there is damage to pavilions, walls, ceilings, frames, picnic tables, or other Deptford Township property the Permittee will be responsible for repair costs.
- Both Pavilions have electricity.
- All trash and debris must be cleaned up.
- All loading and unloading must be done from the parking lot-DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS.
- Smoking, possession of weapons, alcohol, illegal or controlled substance on Township property is prohibited.
- Refund policy – Fees will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation date.Cancellation must be in writing.
- Inclement weather – If an alternate date is available in the same calendar year, you can reschedule.
