6/20/2007 - Information from Verizon on construction.

Dear Valued Verizon Customer:

Verizon is upgrading its network with fiber optics in New Jersey. Your neighborhood is getting this upgrade, which will allow Verizon to bring you clearer voice service, faster Internet service and soon a full suite of video services to compete with cable TV through its FiOS offering.

You will soon see construction work related to this network upgrade to this network upgrade as J. Fletcher Creamer, Inc. (JFC), an authorized Verizon contractor, begins placing a pathway for buried fiber optic cable in your community. We will work to minimize any inconvenience to you. However, if any property damage occurs as a result of construction, JFC is committed to restoring the property to its pre-construction condition.

As previously requested, please mark out or call JFC to identify any private underground facilities such as invisible dog fences, underground water sprinklers or electrical lights that are in the public utility easement.

Shortly after placement of the pathway, any necessary topsoil/seed replacement will be done. Please water regularly as local laws allow. If any of our efforts cause you concern, you can contact J. Fletcher Creamer Monday through Friday, 7AM to 5PM.

JFC will continue to monitor the construction process through its completion. Thank you for your patience as we build our new network to bring you new and improved services. To learn more about Verizon FiOS, go to www.verizon.net/fios

If you have questions about this construction and installation, please call J. Fletcher Creamer at 888-240-5752.
