AFTERNOON...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 5 PM EST SATURDAY.
* LOCATIONS...NORTHERN DELAWARE THROUGH PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND
NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY NEAR AND JUST EAST OF INTERSTATE 95.
* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES...ALONG WITH
A LITTLE SLEET BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO RAIN LATE IN THE DAY.
* TIMING...SNOW BEGINNING SOMETIME SATURDAY MORNING. SNOW MAY BE
BRIEFLY HEAVY FOR A TIME DURING MID OR LATE AFTERNOON BEFORE
