MOTOR VEHICLE AUCTION
Please take notice that the Township of Deptford shall expose for sale, in accordance with R.S. 39:10A-1, at public auction, on the date, time and location listed below, the described motor vehicle(s) that have come into possession of the Township of Deptford through abandonment or failure of the vehicle’s owners to claim same.
The vehicles are located on the premises of a private garage under contract to the Township of Deptford. All prospective bidders must satisfy the particular garage’s lien for towing and storage.
