7/6/2015 - Notice to Municipalities Regarding Farmland Assessment

All Farmland Assessment Applications need to be filed by the landowner at our Clayton Office by August 3, 2015.  The August 1st filing date is a statutory deadline mandated by the Division of Taxation, in accordance with the Farmland Assessment Act.  (The filing deadline is extended to Monday, August 3rd due to August 1st falling on a Saturday).

Municipalities WILL NOT accept Farmland Assessment applications in their Municipal Offices.  Please bring applications to:  1200 North Delsea Drive, Clayton, New Jersey
