Deptford Township Police Department in the township of Deptford will auction Deptford Township surplus by online auction at www.PropertyRoom.com. Items to be sold are “as is” no warranties are given or implied. The online auction will be held during the week of July 6, 2012 to July 13, 2012 at various times that are determined by the Auction company. All bidders must pre-register with PropertyRoom.com to be a qualified participant. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a hold harmless and indemnification agreement. The representatives of ProperyRoom.com and the Deptford Police Department reserve the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
