REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Request for Proposals will be received by the Township Clerk, for the Township of Deptford, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Township of Deptford, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey at which time and place Proposals will be opened and read in public for:
SINGLE STREAM RECYCLABLES
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Office of the Township Clerk, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) A non-refundable fee of $20.00 in the form of cash or a check made payable to the Township of Deptford will be required for each set of specifications.
The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.) affirmative action requirements.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
