The Township of Deptford having advertised for Requests for Qualifications for professional agreements in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the Fair and Open Process, has evaluated the responses in accordance with the established criteria and has awarded contract to the following firm:
Municipal Court Alternate Prosecutor – Cronin Law Firm, LLC
Appointment made on June 22, 2026 at a Meeting of Township Council of the Township of Deptford.
The duration of the contract, is June 22, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026. The nature and services provided are listed above. The amount of the contract is per agreement on file. The contract and resolution authorizing same is available for public inspection in the office of the Township Clerk, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, NJ 08096.
