NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
Notice is hereby given that the Township Council of the Township of Deptford, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, has awarded a contract without competitive bidding as a professional services contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).
The contract has been awarded to Barker, Gelfand, James & Sarvas, P.C. for special litigation counsel services in connection with Nelson v. Deptford Township and related proceedings.
A copy of the resolution and contract are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Township Clerk.
