PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in pursuant to N.J.S.A, 54:5-114.2, on March 16, 2026 in the Township of Deptford will vote on a resolution authorizing the acceptance of a bid and authorizing assignment of tax sale certificate 23-00048 currently held by the Township of Deptford against the following property in Deptford, New Jersey, 400 Marion Avenue Block 79 Lot 3.
