PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF AWARD:  TAKE NOTICE that Gayle Corporation has been authorized on August 10, 2026 by Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, in the County of Gloucester, for the procurement of pumping equipment and parts for Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority and is authorized pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. The duration of the contract is one year.  The total amount of the contract may exceed $17,500 but not expected to exceed $53,000.00. All procurements are contingent on available of funds. Copies of supporting documentation, purchase orders and resolution authorizing the Qualified Purchasing Agent to award are on file and available for inspection in the office of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority Purchasing Agent, Roberta Maronski.
