PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF AWARD:  TAKE NOTICE that Reliable Power Plus has been authorized by Resolution of the Authority Board of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, in the County of Gloucester, for the procurement of repair services, installations, parts, replacement equipment as needed for emergent and non-emergent generators for Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority and is authorized pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. The duration of the contract is one year.  The total amount of the contract may exceed $17,500 but not expected to exceed $53,000.00. Authorization for procurements was awarded at the Authority’s July 21, 2026 Board Meeting. Copies of the Resolution and supporting data are on file and available for inspection in the office of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority Purchasing Agent, Roberta Maronski.
