PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY NOTICE OF AWARD: TAKE NOTICE that ABS ELECTRIC, INC. has been authorized by Resolution of the Authority Board of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, in the County of Gloucester, for the procurement of electrical services, materials and equipment as needed for emergent and non-emergent repairs for Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority and is authorized pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. The duration of the contract is one year ending 02/16/2027. The total amount of the procurements may exceed $17,500 but not expected to exceed $53,000.00. Authorization for procurements was awarded at the Authority’s February 17, 2026 Board Meeting. Copies of the Resolution awarding same to ABS ELECTRIC, INC. and supporting data are on file and available for inspection in the office of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority Purchasing Agent, Roberta Maronski.

The duration of the contract is one year for the fiscal year ending 1/31/2027. The total amount of the contract may exceed $17,500 but not expected to exceed $53,000.00. Authorization for procurements was awarded at the Authority’s February 17, 2026 Board Meeting. The duration of the contract is one year for the fiscal year ending in 1/31/2027. The total amount of the contract is expected to exceed $17,500 but not to exceed $53,000.00. The contract was awarded at the Authority’s February 17, 2026 Board meeting.
