RESOLUTION NO.  25- 2026
RESOLUTION OF THE DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY DESIGNATING REGULAR MEETING NIGHTS AND
 RELATING NOTICE OF AUTHORITY MEETINGS AND DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS

WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., requires that written notice of all meetings of the Authority be posted in at least one public place designated by the Authority, mailed to the Clerk of the Township of Deptford and mailed, telephoned, telegrammed or hand-delivered to two (2) newspapers designated herein.
WHEREAS, P.L. 2025, c. 72 requires that starting March 1, 2026, municipalities publish their public notices on the municipal website.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, as follows:
1. Notice of the Authority meetings shall be posted by the Executive Director on the bulletin board located within the Authority Building and sent to the Clerk of the Township of Deptford; and
2. Public Notices will also be available at deptford-nj.org/mua/notices beginning March 1, 2026, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72; and
3. All advance notices of Authority meetings shall also be given to the following two newspapers: THE SOUTH JERSEY TIMES and COURIER POST.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Authority shall have as its regular prescheduled meeting night each month with the meetings to convene at 5:00 P.M. prevailing time, at the Authority offices, 898 Cattell Road, Wenonah, (Deptford Twp.) New Jersey.  In accordance therewith the following dates are hereby established as the regular meeting nights of the Authority for the fiscal year end 1/31/2027:

Tuesday, April 21, 2026
Tuesday, May 19, 2026
Tuesday, June 16, 2026
Tuesday, July 21, 2026
Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Tuesday, September 15, 2026
Tuesday, October 20, 2026
      Tuesday, November 17, 2026 
Tuesday, December 15, 2026
Tuesday, January 19, 2027
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Authority may take action at the said meetings;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be mailed to the newspapers designated hereinabove, to the Deptford Township Clerk, and posted within seven (7) days of its adoption.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that the foregoing memorialization resolution was adopted by the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority on February 17, 2026.
