DEPTFORD TWP. MUA NOTICE FOR THE SOLICITATION OF PROPOSALS/ QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES UNDER A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS
NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals/qualifications for professional services, not subject to bidding pursuant to NJSA 40A:11-5 et seq., and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, et seq., and P.L. 2005 c.271, will be received and opened on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. The sealed proposals/qualifications will be opened and recorded at the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, 898 Cattell Road, Wenonah, (Deptford Township), New Jersey by the Executive Director and witnessed and recorded by the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority’s Executive Secretary. Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority shall thereafter publicly select the professional or business entity for the position so advertised which shall be confirmed or approved as required by law.

Bond Counsel
Civil Engineer
Conflict Civil Engineer
Solicitor
Conflict Solicitor
Licensed Site Remedial Professional
Financial Advisor
Insurance Risk Consultant
Dental, Life and Vision Advisor Insurance Consultant
Copies of the Request for Proposals/Qualifications are available in the Offices of the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority or by contacting Roberta Maronski at 856-415-1111 ext. 210, dtmua-rm@deptford-nj.org. Each submission to be considered shall comport to the criteria set forth in the qualification packets, as found in Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority Resolution 114-2006 and by law.
Proposals/Qualifications hand delivered must be submitted to the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, 898 Cattell Road, Wenonah, (Deptford Township) New Jersey, 08090. Proposals mailed must be submitted to the Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority, P.O. Box 5506, Deptford, New Jersey, 08096 and arrive prior to 11:00 a.m. December 20, 2023. Proposals received after said opening, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the RFP clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Proposals may not be faxed, transmitted over the telephone or emailed. "Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. P.L. 1975, c. 127 and N.J.A.C. 17:27".
The Authority assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the Authority later than the above-referenced scheduled opening.
Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
