NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT
UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
The Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority (DTMUA) intends to participate in the Sourcewell National Cooperative for the purchase of a New 2024 or Newer Case 590SN Loader Backhoe from Case Construction - GT Mid Atlantic through the Sourcewell Construction Equipment Contract #011723-CNH.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the DTMUA 898 Cattell Road, Wenonah, New Jersey during regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm except holidays, as well as on the Sourcewell Cooperative website: www.sourcewell-mn.gov
The Deptford Township Municipal Utilities Authority (DTMUA) is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3). The DTMUA is a registered member of Sourcewell National Cooperative.
It is the intent of the DTMUA to contract with Case Construction GT Mid Atlantic 551 N. Harding Hwy, Vineland, NJ 08360 pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative Request for Proposals.
Contract Period: August 20, 2024 to completion of the purchase of the new backhoe.
