Fall 2007 Soccer Registration
Registration will take place at Cattell Soccer Complex
Friday, April 27th 6:30-9:00 pm
Thursday, May 3rd- 6:30-9:00 pm
Wednesday, May 16th- 6:30-9:00 pm
Recreational Players: $60.00 (3 - 9 yrs old)
Travel Players: $90.00 (U-8 and up)
(NOTE: All Travel players must attend tryouts, please see back of flyer)
Multi player discount of $15.00 after 1st full registration fee (siblings only)
Checks should be made payable to Deptford Soccer Association.
(A $15.00 return check fee will be assessed to all returned checks)
ALL PLAYERS FOR THE FALL SEASON:
The following items need to be completed before your registration will be accepted.
NJYS-Player Membership Form & USYS Medical Release Form (can be filled out at the clubhouse or downloaded from WWW.DEPTFORDSOCCER.ORG)
Copy of Birth Certificate required
Check for full registration fee
