Chair Yoga for Deptford Seniors

Chair Yoga for Deptford Seniors (ages 60+)

Date: Fridays (beginning May 31, 2013 for 6 weeks)

Time: 10:00AM

Location: Deptford Senior Center
                1341 Tanyard Road
                Sewell, NJ 08080

To sign up call Danielle at (856) 845-0804, only the first 30 people who call in will be able to participate. Anyone who signs up after, will be placed on a waiting list. Classes will start on May 31, 2013 for 6 weeks.

Please consult your doctor or physical therapist before performing chair yoga.
