Application Process

Print out copy of Application for Use of Township Facilities

Fill out form and mail to: 1011 Cooper St. Deptford NJ 08096  Attn: Parks & Recreation

You will then be notified if your application is granted.

If Application is Granted

Print out copy of Use of Facilities Agreement

Print out copy of Hold Harmless Agreement

Fill out both forms

Mail both forms along with a copy of your insurance for the event to: 1011 Cooper St. Deptford NJ 08096  Attn: Parks & Recreation 

Note: Event(s) cannot be held until the Township has received all three documents.
