NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed quotes will be received by the Deptford Township Town Hall Municipal Building, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey
on January 24, 2019 at 10:00 am prevailing time at Deptford Town Hall Office, 1011 Cooper Street, Woodbury, New Jersey 08096
at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
Renovation of 2nd Floor
Deptford Town Hall: Municipal Building
1011 Cooper Street
Woodbury, NJ 08096
Upon request, the Owner’s Engineer will furnish prospective bidders with a Bid documents. Informational copies may be examined by others. The Owner will consider only those proposals received from parties who have obtained Bidding Documents directly from the Owner’s Architect/Engineer. Bidding Documents are not transferable to other parties for bidding purposes.
Bid Documents must be obtained at the office of the District Architect/Engineer, Federici & Akin II, LLC, 307 Greentree Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A NON-REFUNDABLE fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in the form of a check payable to Federici & Akin II, LLC will be required for each set of specifications.
An examination of the site and pre-bid conference has been arranged for Bidders and sub-bidders on January 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders and sub-bidders are invited to attend; representatives of the Owner and Architect will be in attendance.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
